Fine and dry weather continued over the west this past week with no rain of any significance to report. Brief isolated showers brought a few drops no significant accumulations being recorded. Overall, accumulations are far less than in recent weeks, especially significant is the fact that Monasavu received no rain at all this week. This is a major concern for water and electricity security in coming months for the west.
Generally fine, dry weather with sunny skies are expected to continue for the coming weekend till the next week. No sign of any significant rain bearing weather systems affecting the west of Fiji at this time.
