The Water Authority of Fiji advises its customers residing in Parts of Lami that the disruption in supply from last night has been extended till 10pm tonight.
This is due to a 375mm burst on the line which needs replacement.
The following areas are affected:
– Delainavesi/Nadonumai
– Valenicina
– Lami village Lami Town
– Kalekana
– Uduya
– Red Hill
– Veisari up to Togalevu.
– Queens road – From Suvavou Bridge to Veisari
– Tamavua-wai
– And Nearby Areas.
Water trucks will be servicing the affected areas until supply is fully restored.
The Authority is trying its best to ensure that the service is restored within the said timeframe.
WAF is requesting its customers residing in the aforementioned areas to cooperate with us by storing and using water wisely.
