URGENT REPAIR WORKS TO A LINE LEAK IN NAREWA, NADI WILL CAUSE TEMPORARY SUPPLY DISRUPTION TOMORROW
The Water Authorityof Fiji (WAF) advisesits customersliving in some parts of
Nadithattherewillbeatemporarydisruptioninwatersupply tomorrow, Thursday 11th September, 2014 from 9am till 4pm.
Affected areas:
- Denarau Island
- Narewa Village
- Sikituru Village
- Maqalevu Village
- Yavusania Villlage
- Akuilau Settlement
- Navatulevu Village
This disruption in supply is due to urgent repair works to a line leak beside the FEA Substation at Narewa junction.
The Authority advises its customers residing in these areas to store water now and use it wisely during this temporary disruption in supply.
Supply is expected to normalise by 5pm, tomorrow(11/09). The Authority regrets the inconvenience caused to its customers.
