Toyota Tsusho (South Sea) Ltd: Changes to Directors of the Company

In accordance with the continuing Listing Rules of the South Pacific Stock Exchange, the Company wishes to make the following announcements:

1. Resignation of Director/ CEO- Mr Abdul Hafiz

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Mr Abdul Hafiz has officially resigned as a Director/CEO of Toyota Tsusho (South Sea) Ltd, effective from 14^th June 2013.

The Board of Directors sincerely thanks Mr Hafiz for the immense contribution made during his tenure and wishes him well for his future endeavours.

Mr Jai Kumar, the current Financial Controller, will be the Acting CEO until the replacement of the CEO is finalized.

1. Resignation of Non Executive Controller- Mr Koji Ueda

Mr Koji Ueda, a Japan based Director, has also tendered his resignation from the Board, effective from 14^th June 2013.

Mr Tomonori Umehara has been appointed to replace Mr Koji Ueda as a Director of Toyota Tsusho (South Sea) Ltd, effective from 14^th June 2013.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Ueda for this contribution to the Board.
