A 16 year old student has been charged for the alleged death of a Form 5 student following a motor vehicle accident on Taveuni last week.
The accused has been charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving and one count of driving motor vehicle without being the holder of valid driver’s licence.
He is expected to be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court this morning.
