The first round of finals will kick off in the Suva Cricket Association’s competition at Albert Park this weekend.
Unsurprisingly Army finished atop the Premier Grade table, and will face fourth-placed Sarafui in Saturday’s first semi-final. The other Premier Grade semi-final will see second-placed Yadrana take on third-placed newcomers to the competition for the 2013/14 season, Komo.
In the A Grade there is still one pool match to be completed before the finals draw can be confirmed. However the first semi-final will be held this weekend with second-placed VICC facing off with third-placed Nasaqalau.
Later in the day Ono-I-Lau, who can’t be stripped of their current position atop the A Grade table, will face the winner of the match between Oneata and SGSOB, who currently sit tied for fourth place on the table, on 57 points.
