Police are appealing for information that could help locate Josua Naivalu who escaped from the Suva Magistrates Court this morning.
34 year old Naivalu escaped while under Police escort at around 10:30am from the Magistrate Court 2. A team is currently searching for Naivalu who was this morning sentenced to 10 months imprisonment.
Anyone with information is requested to contact 917 or your nearest community post or station.
Meanwhile, an internal investigation is underway to determine how Naivalu escaped Police custody.
