Progress report on tragic Suva bus stand case
The case whereby a mother and her daughter were tragically killed in an accident on Tuesday will be further discussed with the office of the Director Public Prosecution.
Investigators will forward the file once investigations are complete where advice will be sought before the laying of charges.
Police say that certain elements arising from the investigation has also resulted in the reclassification of the case from a traffic offence to a criminal offence.
The suspect remains in custody.
