The Fiji Co-operative Dairy Company Limited (FCDCL) has organized anti-mosquito campaign to help control dengue on all of its member’s 256 farms.
FCDCL Chief Executive Sachida Nand said that the spraying would include dairy sheds, compounds and farm residences.
“We all have to do our part to stamp out dengue, for it not only affects those in the urban centres but most certainly in the rural countryside. This is a four-day operation,” said Mr. Nand.
He said it was the FCDCL continual commitment to the well being of the dairy farmers as well as its corporate social responsibility.
