That Bollywood and its residents have a thing or two for locations is well known. While it was the breath-taking Switzerland for the late Yash Chopra, Delhi seems to be on Imtiaz Ali’s mind for his films.
News is that after shooting his last two films in Delhi, he has gone back to the capital to shoot his forthcoming Highway that stars Randeep Hooda and Alia Bhatt. Talking about the film, he said that it’s a story that had been in his heart for many years and that he had been waiting for it for so long to take shape. He added that with the addition of AR Rahman, Alia and Randeep, there is no stopping for him now.
On the other hand, while Rahman is happy to be in the company of Imtiaz and lyricist Irshad Kamil, the film’s presenter Sajid Nadiadwala said that he is delighted to be presenting the film that promises to be an all-new musical experience for the fans of AR Rahman as well as Imtiaz.
