Gavie Chahal is an actor from Punjab. He also had worked in Punjab Police. He participated in many fashion shows and won the title of Mr Punjab in the year 2000 after which he started a career in the music industry. His first music video was Jattan De Putt Saadh Ho Gaye. Since then, he has appeared in more than 60 music Videos subsequently. He moved to Mumbai to start acting in the soap opera like Mohe Rang De, Kyou ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Fear Factor etc and he also act in 5 Punjabi film like,’Pinky Mogewali’, ‘Yaaran Naal Baharan.’.He has also featured in a variety of advertising campaigns.
Gavie Chahal played a very important character Abrar in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ of Pakistani Agent. Now He is playing main lead role of Ramoji in film’Saako-363,’ a movie based on a true story. It is about a Bishnoi woman – Amrita Devi who fought with a Deewan of Jodhana realm to protect the ambient flora and fauna in their locale.
Gavie Chahal Says, “People should do good work, so that others can also get benefit. I did a good job in Ek Tha Tiger and I received a main role in a movie ‘Saako-363’. I am playing the character of Mamoji who is from Vishnoi Society. He stands up against Jodhna’s (Jodhpur) King Abhay Singh and helps people to stand up against him, as the king cuts trees for his rangmahal from the forest.Gracy Singh is playing my wife’s role in film.”
