POLICE MEDIA RELEASE
Current Deputy Commissioner of Police Ravi Narayan has been appointed the Acting Commissioner of Police.
The decision was made yesterday by the Minister for Defence Mr Joketani Cokanasiga in accordance with Part B Section 129 (6) of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
Acting Commissioner of Police Ravi Narayan appointment came into effect on 18th September and will run until a new Commissioner of Police is appointed.
