One of the world’s most prestigious modeling agencies is looking for Fijian models to give them an international break.
FBC in association with Trump Model Management will hold a ‘model go see’ with
Duane Gazi at 4pm on May 29th at broadcasting house in Suva. Director of Scouting at Trump Model Management, Duane Gazi each year scours the globe for potential models to be signed to this prestigious agency and in two week’s time. He will be in Fiji scouting some of our local models to have them signed up for potential model contracts in the big apple. Local Models must meet the international requirements by being in between the height frames of 5’8 and 6 foot tall, dress sizes 8 to 10, aged between 14 to 25 years old and a Fiji citizen.
Donald Trump’s New York based Model Agency; Trump Model Management has been at the forefront of fashion with the representation of famous supermodels – Jodie Kidd and Tatjana Patitz. No stranger to the limelight and as one of the world’s biggest business moguls, Mr. Trump founded his boutique model agency in 1999 and to date has developed it as one of the most renowned agencies on the fashion circuits.
His models have graced many a covers for the prestigious Vogue magazines, numerous editorial and campaigns for the world’s biggest designers such as Dolce and Gabbanna, Valentino, DKNY, Versace to doting the runways at New York, Paris, London, Madrid, Milan and many more fashion weeks worldwide.
This is the first time for Duane Gazi, as the world’s lead model scout to venture into this part of the world as it is always a norm to scout the more popular Brazil, Africa and Asia talent pools so having him in Fiji is a huge honor for the growing fashion industry in Fiji says Andhy Blake, who has been a long time friend. This will open up the doors for potential models who want to take modeling seriously so now is the chance and a once in a lifetime opportunity to get discovered and sign a potential ‘Trump’ contract.
Models interested in being a part of the ‘model go see’ must register their interest before May 27th by picking up registration forms at Broadcasting House, 69 Gladstone Road in Suva.
