Resort receives a total renovation worth of $3 million

Tokatoka Resort Hotel has started commencing renovation and upgrade worth more than $3 million to meet Warwick International standard.

Warwick International Hotels Regional Business Development Manager, Unh Beng Huat said the hotel will go under full renovation.

“We are spending more than three million for the full renovation. The house, the apartments, the bathroom itself and everything will change,” he said.

It took the management twelve months to work on the designs and the upgrade of the resort that will be the first of Warwick’s very own in the Jet Set town.

“Today is a significant event for the company in Fiji, since this is our first resort in the Nadi area,” Warwick International Hotels regional General Manager, Lee Pearce said.

Pearce said the plans of upgrading the resort has begun since the Warwick resort took over the hotel.

“We took over 12 months ago and since then we had been discussing the designing and planning of the upgrade of the Tokatoka Resort which commences today,” he said.

A total of 108 rooms will be renovated at the Tokatoka Resort Hotel.
