Fiji wins their second match against Spain at the Tokyo 7s, 17-5.
Jone Vota created an outbreak through the Spain’s defence to score the opening try of the match that was later converted by Emosi Mulevoro, 7-0.
Benito Masilevu then darted himself to score another try and extend Fiji’s lead at halftime, 12-0.
Samisoni Viriviri then closed the match with another try after Spain’s try, 17-5.
Meanwhile in other matches, USA defeated Wales, 24-22, Scotland defeated Kenya with 12-0, Canada defeated Japan with 26-14, Australia thumped Argentina with 31-0, Samoa defeated England with 31-21.
Fiji will meet Portugal at 9.19pm.
The Cup quarters start at 1.28pm Sunday, Cup semis at 5.08pm and the Cup final is at 7.33pm Sunday.
