MH Supermarket a Cashier while serving a customer discovered a $50.00 Note, (Serial Number CW3777188) believed to be Fake.
Police Spokesman, Atunaisa Sokomuri said the Note is sent to the Reserve Bank for confirmation.
Sokomuri also confirms that they are reminding people to learn to know the differences between real and fake notes.
“People that are spreading the counterfeit notes usually target supermarket cashiers, bank tellers, service stations attendants, market vendors and taxi drivers,” he said in a statement.
