Fine weather with hazy skies was experienced over the west this past week and some passing showers were observed overnight and in the early morning along the windward coast of Viti Levu. An extensive cloud band associated with a developing Low Pressure in Coral Sea resulted in the accumulations in few stations with the excess of 40 mm in Monasavu on 8th June. With the humidity levels going up the temperatures were warmer than the previous weeks.
The coming weekend looks fine mostly sunny apart from some isolated afternoon showers. Expect some cooler nights; otherwise there are no significant weather systems on the horizon currently.
