Vodafone Fiji does not wish to make any comments at this stage on the press release issued by the Consumer Council on the Hello Tune service, the company said in a statement released to The Jet newspaper.
“There are two issues raised by the Council which we have noted. We have a slightly different opinion than that expressed by the Council,” the statement said.
“There seems to be a misunderstanding in the way the service works. We have a meeting with the Chairman of the Commerce Commission tomorrow (today) to discuss the issues raised after which we will be in better position to make a comment.”
