Outrigger on the Lagoon ∙ Fiji now have a new Kids Club and Meimei Nanny Centre sporting modern kitchenettes, vibrant and colourful murals and more windows for extra ventilation.
The $100,000 upgrade included wall extensions to allow for more space inside the centre as well as new decking allowing children to play outside.
Resort General Manager Peter Hopgood stated the refurbishment is to enhance the quality of products and services that the resort so proudly delivers to their guests on a day to day basis.
“This facility is a wonderful addition to the resort and will provide a spacious and safe facility for the kids to have fun in a caring environment”, Mr. Hopgood stated.

“We are also currently undertaking a soft refurbishment of our guest rooms to maintain a superior level of comfort”, Mr. Hopgood added.
“We have a very successful Kids Club and Meimei Nanny Service and the upgrade is to allow us to meet this demand. This facility is also of a child care standard that our guests are used to back home and will feel more comfortable having their children spend the day in”, he continued.
“If the kids are happy and well taken care of, the mum’s and dad’s are happy and everyone has a great holiday. We strongly believe in our mantra of ‘Happy guests’ means happy resort’!” Mr. Hopgood added.
