The Chef’s Association of Fiji is proud to announce yet another exciting salon culinaire for 2013, in association with our salon sponsor Moffat and our partners Bakels Fiji ltd and Goodman Fielder, along with a host of other sponsors.
Once again, chefs from all over Fiji will battle it out over the stoves in a range of classes from live seafood dishes to the much coveted Fiji Chef of the Year award. They not only have the pressure of time limits but also will be judged to international standards by our team of highly skilled and qualified judges.
The salon this year will be held over the dates of 7th, 8th and 9th of November at the FNU Nadi campus. Entries for this prestigious event are due to close on 25th October 2013. No late entries this year will be accepted.

A first for the salon this year is the Piazza D’oro, Fiji Barista of the Year 2013 competition, which will be held in line with the culinary challenges. Details of this competition will be sent separately with our partners for this, Douwe Egberts.
These will again be bigger competition’s this year and we look forward to the excitement these will bring!
