Awarded Youth club of the year for 2013 in the Western Division Legalega Youth Club has been contributing to the Nadi community since the last 5 years in various ways.
With a 20 member club this non-profitable organization helping people those in need, with providing free shed material items with shed lights during funerals and other occasions within the Legalega community.
“We get our money by doing Dj’s at weddings and birthdays and giving sound systems, lightings, shed material and decoration on hire”, President of the Club Mohammed Ifraz Khan said
The Club also conducts Blood Drive with Fiji National Blood, Service to help more life who depends on blood. The club has helped other communities in Nadi in terms of natural disaster. Also helped poor children’s in its community with school books.
The next community works of Legalega youth club would be a blood drive on Saturday 28 September in Namaka Nadi followed by their second Blood drive on Saturday 5 October at Sigatoka town.
