15 Outrigger on the Lagoon · Fiji staff have recently completed the world renowned Franklin Covey 7 Habits of highly effective people training.
The training was conducted by Franklin Covey training facilitator Rosie Aitkens from Australia.
The course included the highly rated 7 Habits guide to discipline and passion that provide tools for change and growth for individuals and organizations.
Based on the principles of Dr. Stephen Covey, the training presents an approach to being effective in attaining goals by aligning oneself to 7 habits for personal and professional life skills.
Outrigger on the Lagoon · Fiji General Manager Peter Hopgood said the resort believes in developing a strong management by investing in solid foundational training for its staff.
“A total of sixty six managers and supervisors have under gone 7 Habits training and this is reflected in why we are one of the top resorts in Fiji. We invest about $58,000 a year on this training because it is so effective for our staff and our resort”, Mr. Hopgood stated.
