A 43 year old man will be produced at the Nasinu Magistrates Court today charged with allegedly causing the death of a Class five student on Monday.
The accused is alleged to have hit the deceased along the Makoi 8 miles stretch while he was crossing the road on Mondayafternoon.
The accused has been charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving.
