A 53 year old laborer of Ba is believed to be the country’s latest drowning victim.The victim was swimming with a friend when he disappeared in the Nabatolu River at about 4.00pm yesterday.
The matter was reported to Police and a search was conducted whereby his body was recovered about 5 to 6 meters away from where he was last seen,
A post mortem will be conducted soon to determine the cause of death.
