This is to officially announce that Radrodro Tabualevu has tendered in his resignation as the Chief Executive Officer of FRU to the Fiji Rugby Union Board, due to personal reasons.
Mr Radrodro Tabualevu tendered in his resignation on the 9th of November and will serve the notice period to complete all his pending work prior to leaving Rugby House on the 8th of December 2015.
Mr Tabualevu thanked the Fiji Rugby Union Council, the Fiji Rugby Union President, the Board, all the Rugby Stakeholders and likewise the media for their support during his tenure at Rugby House.
“I wish the Fiji Rugby Union all the best in its future endeavours and will continue to support Fiji Rugby as it strives to become the Olympic and World Champion.”
The FRU Board of Directors acknowledged Radrodro Tabualevu’s resignation and thanked him for his contributions during his tenure as the FRU CEO.
Meanwhile, the FRU Board in liaising with World Rugby will immediately begin the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the appointment of CEO.
